Ordered in stock item, paid, and then waited and waited. The site does not work to provide order updates ( I guess, in particular, if it's been backordered or was never in stock). But whatever, finally have someone on the phone, and was able to determine that the item would not be available for weeks (more). It's not like I needed the tool to do actual work. I hate sites that advertise items that they don't actually carry. Scum.

Required adult signature with photo ID, did not disclose this information, I explained to them I was scheduled to work on delivery date. I took the day off from work to accept delivery and without communication to me, they contacted FEDEX and had the order returned. The worst Company I have ever dealt with and the last time. 0 STARS!

Product was shipped out in bag and not a box Product arrived damaged. I called your inside sales rep He told me he would send a return authorization in which he did. I ask him to replace these and he told me I would have to order again on website. When doing so I had to pay for the freight again. If I'm not reimbursed for the freight I will not be ordering again from your company. This was a hassle needless to say instead of 1 week to get product it has now taking 2 weeks.

4000$ dollar tool box arrived damaged and seller refused to rectify issue's

Purchased a jet wash and also a 50% saver on the water jet wash and which does not fit the jet wash and yeah it was posted and nobody contacted myself I asked for an invoice and nobody could be bothered to contact me. The company are complete and had a waste of time. Would I purchase off this company again? No other companies tool up i would this particular company know I would not? Rude arrogant staff if they cannot be bothered I would never purchase off this site again. Thank you, Me me Classic eight4/8 The company was tooled up.com

Paid for 2 trowels and only so far received 1 not good when you e taken 2 amounts from my bank

Ordered a 2 pack of DeWalt batteries that were needed for a job. One was defective upon arrival. Company wouldnt assist in any way. Only option they provided was to return all products, I was unwilling to do this as we needed the functional battery for a project and there are multiple reports of them charging a hefty restocking fee for returns. Terrible customer service, takes no effort to do better than they did.

I would give 0 stars but won’t let me . I ordered the gear wrench 1/4 3/8 and 1/2 drive master socket set.When it arrived the only thing in the package was the 1/2” drive sockets packaging was poor only a single cardboard box. Contacted Toolup and needless to say I got the shaft…. And if you have to return something you have to do it at your own cost….. I will never order anything from them again and I hope you all think twice before ordering from Toolup
