Beware – Poor Service and Misleading Practices
I had a very disappointing experience with Toolzen. Most of the tools on their platform simply don’t work as promised. The customer service is absolutely pathetic – slow responses, no resolutions, and a complete lack of professionalism. What’s worse is their misleading business practice. They claim you get access to a wide range of tools, but after purchasing, they suddenly inform you that many tools are not included in your plan and must be purchased separately. Every time, they find a new way to misguide and upsell. This feels like a scam. I strongly advise others not to waste their money on Toolzen. Save yourself the frustration and look for more transparent and reliable alternatives.
