Hi Blaine,
We're sorry to hear that you're still experiencing an issue with your QOMO, and we understand how frustrating it must be to experience a similar problem after receiving a replacement.
When you first contacted us about the original device, we sent you a replacement without requiring a photo or video of the issue. When you contacted us again regarding the replacement, our support team provided several troubleshooting steps based on the symptoms you described.
Since the issue persisted, we asked for a short video showing the device while the problem is occurring. Requesting a video is a standard part of our troubleshooting process for device issues and is often the quickest way for us to help. Seeing the device in operation can allow our team to identify the cause, provide the correct troubleshooting steps, or confirm that the device is defective.
We want to clarify that we have not refused to assist you. We simply need the requested video so we can properly assess what's happening with the replacement device and determine the appropriate next step.
Our offer to help remains open. Please send us a short video clearly showing the issue, and we'll be happy to review it and continue working with you toward a resolution.

I ordered it because I needed it quick…
I ordered it because I needed it quick and they advertise shipping(dispatch)in the day of the order if its made before 11 am, but it didn't happen.
Edit: Order Mon–Fri before 11:00am for same-day dispatch. In every single product page? Well the point i am making is the claim you guys have same day diapatch if order is made 11am but didnt happen
my order number was Order #525845
Well it could be USPS's fault but shipping lable being made very late seems like there is more chance that it was not dispatched on Friday which is totally different from making a shipping label. From my experience item shipping on Friday get scanned during weekend no problem. I am pretty sure you guys know more than me but USPS operate their distribution center 24/7. Well the only possibility I see is it not being dispatched on Friday or USPS local office hold onto the package until Monday.

Hi George,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations.
After reviewing our website, we weren't able to find anywhere that states we offer same-day delivery. Our shipping page explains that we process orders promptly and provides estimated delivery times based on the shipping service selected. Delivery times are averages and depend on the carrier once the package has been shipped.
If you happened to see wording that suggested same-day delivery, we'd genuinely appreciate it if you could let us know where. We always strive to make our website as clear as possible and would be happy to update any wording that may have caused confusion for you or other customers.
Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to improve.

Edit: Thank you for pointing that out and for taking the time to clarify.
You're absolutely right that we advertise same-day dispatch for qualifying orders placed before the cutoff time, and we're sorry to hear that your order wasn't dispatched as expected.
If you could share your order number, we'd be happy to investigate what happened. We'd also like to identify the cause internally so we can take the appropriate steps to help prevent this from happening again.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to resolving it for you.

UPDATE: Thank you for providing your order number and for taking the time to clarify your feedback.
We reviewed your shipment carefully. Your order was placed on June 26, 2026 at 12:41 AM EDT, which was June 25, 2026 at 11:41 PM CDT in your local time in Illinois.
Your order was dispatched on June 26, 2026 at 5:40 PM EDT (4:40 PM CDT), which fulfilled our advertised same-day dispatch commitment. The USPS tracking also confirms the shipping label was created on June 26 at 5:40 PM EDT.
We believe there may have been some confusion because the USPS tracking does not show its first processing scan until June 30. For many commercial shipments, USPS does not generate the first tracking update until the parcel reaches one of its processing facilities. This can make it appear that the package wasn't dispatched until that date, even though it had already left our warehouse.
We are going to reach out to you directly by email shortly to review your shipment in more detail and answer any questions. If there's anything further we can do to improve your experience, we'd be happy to help.

UPDATE: Thank you again for your response.
Following your feedback, we completed a further investigation with our fulfillment partner.
Based on their fulfillment records, they confirmed that your order was prepared and tendered with the scheduled USPS pickup on June 26. We also reviewed other shipments that were fulfilled during the same pickup. Many of those shipments received their first USPS processing scan on June 29, while your shipment's first USPS processing scan did not appear until June 30.
Unfortunately, once a shipment has been handed over to USPS, we don't have visibility into why one package receives its first processing scan later than another. We completely understand how the tracking history could make it appear that the order wasn't dispatched until June 30, which is why we wanted to investigate this thoroughly.
We've also reached out to you directly by email and shared the fulfillment records from our investigation. If you have any further questions or if there's anything else we can do to improve your experience, we'd be happy to help.
Best,
