Hello Wayne, Thank you for your feedback and we sincerely apologize if you encountered any issues with your order. We reviewed your order and it appears the order was placed on Friday and the order unfortunately did not ship until Monday (2 business days). Since the item had shipped we could not stop the shipment from being released. However, we are able to accept a return for this item and issue a refund due to any inconvenience this may have caused. We stock thousands of items and strive hard to make sure all orders are shipped out in a prompt manner and we are quick to resolve any issues that arise with shipping.

Hello, After reviewing your order we verified the items you had ordered. The two items that were ordered were the 1/2" x 1" Steelmax Carbide Annular Cutter. This was not the 1-1/2" annular drill bit. We can reach out to you to further assist you in your order but it appears the items that were sent were to the specifications of the items that you had ordered. Thanks!
