Received in a timely fashion
Received in a timely fashion, exactly as ordered, but did not come with the metal cutting wheel, has a pvc cutting wheel instead......

Took 4 or 5 months to get tool
Took 4 or 5 months to get a simple gearwrench and when I called the number to cancel the order and couldn't get through. Very disappointed. When I ordered from a competitor since this one took sooooo long. They had it to me in 7 days.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your order. We do have extended lead times with some manufacturers that may cause a delay and we have that information available on the product page for maximum clarity. Upon investigating this order, it also appears that we sent multiple emails to inform you of the original extended lead time and changes.

Ordered Reed PVC Joiner tool on 02/15/23 and received it yesterday 03/08/23. If I'd known how long the wait was going to be, I'd have purchased it somewhere else :(

Upon investigating this issue, it appears that we reached out to you on 2/17 to notify you of a delay in the shipment of the Reed Pipe Joiner and we did not receive a reply to that e-mail. We do contact our customers if there are any extended delays in shipping. We would love to speak with you to clarify the situation.

Issues
The first time I called the person was not friendly and seemed annoyed to help me. We paid for a 3day delivery and it was three days before I even could get tracking information. There seems to be no follow up. The second time I needed to place an order, I tried to do it on the website and I got an error response. So I called and the person wanted to try to do it on the website. By this time I am frustrated and I asked, "Can't you just take my order?" Then they did. Still no follow up on any kind of shipping information and we paid for 3 day shipping again. When we pay for 3 day shipping, we should have our items in 3 days. I'm sorry, but this has just not been a pleasant experience with your company either time. If I leave my company name, will our service be worse?
