Got a battery charger that had shipping damage or damage from the factory and no help getting problem resolved. Just got the run around threw emails. Buy at your own risk. You buy it you own it.

placed and order, that was a big mistake, it went to PayPal U.S then to China Paypal and hit my credit card. There contact email does not work! Working with Credit Card company to reverse charges. Many websites have this company at a 1 out of 100 for trustworthy. BEWARE

I ordered 2 pieces they only 1 in stock. Didn't tell me so I waited 20 days for order. When I called there guy said he had no idea when it was coming in and he would ship once it was there because I had only paid for 1 shipment. They could have told me that 19 days ago. I expressed my disappointment, and he hung up. Wouldn't respond when I called back Jerks Never again

Placed an order and immediately realized it was the wrong item. I wrote immediately by replying to my order email and they still proceeded to ship the unwanted item and will not refund my shipping costs for the order. FROM NOW ON, I WILL STICK WITH ORDERING FROM AMAZON! This is why companies like you ARE LOSING your business to Amazon!
