Ordered a Black & Decker Workbench on 14.7.26 Product display on website showed Despatch in 3 business days. After payment and order confirmation Despatch changed to 24th After 22 calls and failed attempt to contact Cust Care date changed to 27th On 29th made 20+ calls, no answer, Rcvd WhatsApp msg "despatch in couple of days". 3rd Aug tried 29 times to contact, no answer Sent 3 emails - no reply. They are not a eCommerce company they're an On-Line Scam. Unfortunately, I trusted Google Gemini's report on this fraud company and didn't check reviews myself on the net.

such a Fraud company, i hadd ordered miranda cnc machine bit for 870 on 14th july 2026, and i am writing this on 31 july because not the item received and not they respond my calls and messages, do not buy from them, they are such scammers who cheats customers,

No update on order even after 2 weeks and no response on email,phone or whatapp..

Hi, I have ordered for a Bosch Mitre Saw, During the time of order the delivery time was a week. but the item was delivered almost after 25 days. The item received also found damaged. Called to customer care the response was very poor, They say that they will send the damaged part and asked me to get it replaced from the local. On further fighting with them they accepted to collect the item and repair and send it back. They collected the material after 10 days and no update from them. So i strongly suggest not to buy any product from this site. The worst customer support and they dont care our message and no immediate response.

This site has very very pathetic service. Don't buy for it. I ordered and paid full amount on a Sunday. Next Monday I called them about dispatch and delivery status. They said they will dispatch by today ( Monday eve). On Tuesday, I again called as I didn't get any dispatch details etc. they said they will do today. Then I called next day Wednesday, they didn't pick call. I called 55times again on Thursdays,from morning 10 am till 3 pm..but they didn't receive a single call and many times their phone was coming busy. They didn't pick deliberately , neither they answered WhatsApp msg or my 11 WhatsApp calls. Then they picked call by 3:30 pm. And said sorry. We had dispatched and then they shared dispatch details.. On logging to the dispatch docket number, it was showing that the courier is still with the seller. I called again 10 times but they didn't pick call. Then by evening 7 pm same Thursdays , docket number was showing the courier to be picked and the delivery dates was next Wednesday. They r have fraud working style with no accountability / responsibility. Dont waste ur money n time with these people.
