I enjoy their kits and have learned some new techniques as a result. But their prices are a little high especially if you make jewelry for a living. Their quality of product is one of the reasons I still buy from them.

I enjoy shopping your site, you have great prices and great quality merchandise. Except I was greatly disappointed when I made a large order of crystals and the bags were not marked with the colors. I warm still not able to tell the difference between certain colors so now I stick with sites that mark all my products. Other than that you would have gotten five stars.

If you have any questions, you can call and speak with a real live person. They're very helpful and will explain how to do something if you don't know. I had called to speak with a rep about an item asking questions and advised I was thinking about ordering but wasn't quite sure. When I next ordered, the rep had put a free gift in my order (the item I was interested in), along with a hand written personal note to me. Needless to say, I was really surprised and thrilled. I called the rep and expressed my sincere appreciation. I really liked the item, and have since ordered numerous quantities. They go out of their way to make you happy. I ordered some lockets and got the wrong ones. I called Too Cute Beads and told them that I couldnt open the lockets. They said they had sent the wrong ones and they would send out the right ones right away. They didnt even wait till I sent the ones I had to them. I thought it was great they trusted me.
