3rd Business Mastery event .. and registered for #4
This was my 3rd Business Mastery event since January of 2022; 2nd was last August. The speakers are outstanding each in their own specialty. Each speak in terms that are clear to anyone. When I get in this environment, my creativity jumps to another level. While a speaker is talking on a topic, I am already applying it to create solutions not only in my business but also businesses of friends and colleagues. I do not make a list to act on the thoughts on Monday after the event is finished. I take immediate action and schedule meetings so that Monday I am in action mode. For January's event, I shared space with 9 people whom I invited. We had ages that ranged from 20s to 60s and 6 different ethnicities. It was a great blend skill sets where everyone shined in their own strength. I got the greatest satisfaction from 1 particular speaker to whom I owe great thanks for his measurable impact on my business .. Todd Hartley. When he came out, I could see that he was not 100% himself. Knowing of his step dad and mother-in-law, I could understand. As he announced me joining him on screen, I could see him transform back into his traditionally happy self. For whatever role I played in his transformation, I am grateful. The breakout rooms provided great insight from peers who were not judgemental or stuck on old ways. Many new friendships were born that continue strong today. I have gained the confidence to take my business global as I prepare to expand into Australia and UK to diversify .. different economic climates as well as growing businesses away from my biggest client who represents over 60% of our revenue. We want to increase other clients so we are not so dependent on that 1 company that represents 10% of the entire North American market
