I am very pleased to report no GI side effects that I was nervous about before I started! I also notice, when I normally would be very hungry in the afternoon, before dinner, I no longer am. It’s helped my appetite be more balanced and even more energy! And I’m normally a skeptic with supplements, but this one so far actually works!
