Good but could be better
Has some nice designers, but now it seems it has more streetwear than previously. Streetwear is boring. They need more avant-garde pieces from some of the designers they carry and NOT JUST t-shirts and hoodies. I don't like that they follow you around. It's rude. I know why they do it, but it's still rude. Hopefully they get better items and stop being obvious when trying to follow us around. I always leave without buying if I feel annoyed or ignored.

Dear Bilek, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate you engaging with our store and our brand. As a concept store, we continuously evolve our buying direction based on what we believe is the most relevant and appropriate balance for the brand and the business at a given time. This means our assortment may shift between avant-garde, designer, and streetwear influences. We understand that personal taste differs, and we respect that not every direction will resonate with every client. Regarding your comment about our team’s presence on the floor, we would like to clarify that attentive in-store service is a standard practice in luxury retail. Our staff follows a defined client-service code that focuses on both customer support and product care. Our intention is always to be available, helpful, and to ensure a high level of service — never to make anyone feel uncomfortable. We are sorry to hear that your experience felt frustrating. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will take it into account as we continue refining both our assortment and in-store experience. — TONS Team
