A very sad and frustrating experience with Tonkeeper wallet. I did start my journey with them several months ago with a small deposit. I saw my wallet amount was decreasing day by day. Even after several deposits, it kept on diminishing. Last week I say my amount something, but yesterday the amount again reduced sharply. Today, it again decreased!!! The response from their email support was very unfriendly. They claim that they have a support in Telegram, but it does not work. I will never use this wallet service again and sharing my sad experience here.

Akta er en sjukt skicklig scammer, får en först att skicka över en crypto valuta på allt från 70$ till 100$, sedan spårar det efter varje gång du skickar över så fortsätter personen och vill ha mer och har massa ”fake bevis som ser trovärdiga ut” varnar er akta er

This company block wallet giving reason of AML and asking to do Transfer of same amount to unblock your funds and wallet. Which is never seen before. So beware of such scammer

I made investment via telegram with help from someone on there he told me to send €55 Ton to him The next day he tells me €19989.00 investment profit will sent to my account once I pay the fee of €91.69 I will have the investment in my account within 2hours The next day he said i needed to pay a fee of €162.91 I will.have the funds into my account with in 10-30mins Today two days later he now told me to send him $410 aud to him before it's released Needless to say I havnt sent this to him so he is holding me to ransome over my investment Not so sure about this Tonkeeper unless you do it yourself

Just now somebody scammed me using tonkeeper I lost my 188 ton, I sent it to my ku coin exchange and I didn't receive and the help line asking me to deposit more 188 ton to refund previous 188 ton,, what's this?

È da oltre un mese che cerco risposte da Tonkeeper dopo essere stata vittima di una truffa avvenuta durante la registrazione del wallet. Ho fornito prove chiare, screenshot e testimonianze, ma continuano a scaricare ogni responsabilità su di me, ignorando il fatto che l’app stessa segnala “truffa” e “sospetto” sul wallet coinvolto. La loro ultima risposta? “The 'suspicious transaction' label was assigned due to the content of the comment. [...] Unfortunately, we can't help you, as transactions in the blockchain are non-refundable.” Un modo elegante per lavarsene le mani, minimizzando il problema e ignorando completamente il mio caso. Un supporto che si nasconde dietro risposte automatiche e atteggiamenti evasivi, mentre io continuo a subire danni anche morali. Un comportamento indegno, che lascia i truffatori liberi e gli utenti senza alcuna tutela.
