This company is a scam! I purchased a one-month supply of their microneedling eye patches back in May of 2025, just to give them a try. In Oct of 2026 I received another shipment, which I did not authorize, and they are now telling me that I signed up for the monthly subscription with my first shipment coming in May....they did not disclose the year. Well, if that were the case, and I received my first shipment in May of 2026, then why a 6-month gap between the two shipments? I can return the product and will receive a refund, but I have been trying to get them to pay for my return shipping and they have refused. Why should I have to pay return shipping for something that I did not order. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I do not believe this is a real company. I placed an order a month ago and have not received my product. I emailed them twice, no response. I called the number that was in my confirmation email and someone answered and said I have the wrong number. I looked at their website and called that number. A machine answers and says to leave a message. It did not identify who I was calling. I went ahead and left a message but I haven’t received a call back. They took my money but I have received no product. Please stay away! It seems to be a complete scam.
