Unusable product
We ordered a printer cartridge and was sent an unusable half of a cartridge. We are totally disapointed

Replacement drum for Brother Printer
The drum for my Brother Printer kind of works but the printer doesn't recognize it and the error light is still on. However, the black edges have gone away and it is functioning, so I am ignoring it for the moment. Hope that when I need the new toner that maybe putting in your toner cartridge will make the light stop flashing.
