Tomilow sent a cheap printed dress that is very/extremely different from what I ordered. Tomilow will not respond to emails about returns and refunds. NEvER shop with this merchant.

UPDATE: After reaching out to Tomilow for a refund & return options, I was left with keeping that crap & getting a 15% refund. It's shameful, dishonorable & disgusting that this "company" is doing business in such a way. Giving 1 star because I couldn't give anything lower. The images of 2 shirts I ordered off this website are completely opposite of what I received. MISLEADING and FALSE ADVERTISING. The actual shirts I received are cheaply printed material and cheaply made.

realice una compra en la página tomilow de unos zapatos para caballero los cuales se observaban muy lindos y en la descripción decía que eran de cuero puro y hechos a mano, y de un costo de 89 dolares,el día 4 de julio de 2026 con gran expectativa recibí el pedido pero oh sorpresa al abrir el paquete observo unos zapatos de mala calidad y de material sintético y suela de plástico, nada que ver ni con el material, ni el diseño un engaño total, procedí a escribir a la plataforma haciendo el reclamo y después de ires y venires de correos se comprometieron al reembolsarme el 40% del valor de lo pagado, ya hace casi un mes y no recibo el dinero y me dan unas respuestas evasivas una falta de respeto que ofrezcan unos productos y entreguen otros, son un fraude, tengan cuidado y nunca compren en esta página que solo ofrece mentiras,fraude,estafa,engaño y productos basura.

Cheap polyester dresses instead of nice denim dresses!!! I can send retour, but they want me to pay 40,99€ shipping costs!!! Thats fraud! I think thats their selling concept! Never ever buy their!!!

If I could give a zero I would. Do not order any clothes from this company, they sent me an unfinished dress that didn't even resemble the one I ordered. If I wanted to wear the dress, which I didn't, I would have had to sew on button holes and buttons. I have never seen something so tacky. Do not order from them!!

Spent $90AUD on a pair of cord jeans to be sent a horrific pair of pants that were not even close to what was advertised. Emailed them to complain and get a refund they offered a 15% refund and sent email basically telling me that sending them back would be too involved and would not meet their return requirements so i could just take the refund offered the second email they offered 25% refund. They are basically just committing fraud.
