Hi there! Can you please provide the information of the associate you worked with if you happen to have it? We value all of our customers very much and are happy to be of the best service we can provide always. We do apologize for any extended wait times. Currently USPS has been having long delays on orders, sometimes exceeding 8 days for 2 day shipping, and we are in the middle of opening our first store so there has been some pushback on our end. Clearly that is no excuse because of your expectations for us which we do apologize for not exceeding. Please contact us anytime at: 804-801-8962 (leave a message if we do not answer) or send us a text at the same line. Or email at: [email protected] / thank you. We did also issue you a gift card in the amount of $10 that can be used towards anything in our store or online.

Thank you Breck! Appreciate your business. We do apologize for the initial hold up on the order. Feel free to email us at [email protected] and we will gladly send you a $5 gift card for that delay that you can apply towards any product on site.
