Bought shoes, they took 2 weeks to get to me, came from China and quality is awful. They cam in after I had left for a holiday and so did not get to use them. Very rude customer service. Offered 30% discount to keep them or send back to China and that I had agreed to terms and conditions. I'd rather put in a small claims in and save time on their dodgy tactics for selling online.

What a scam…? I purchased a short sleeve shirt from this company (being a very nice pic on their online site) waited 4 weeks Item arrived, item was completely different from online site pic & was of very poor quality & looked & felt very cheap!, emailed them & was told could only offer me up to a 30% refund or return to china at your own expense! 🙁🧐. No sorry wasn’t happy & complained to Traiding standards ,PayPal & left this for you guys, Be Warned!!!. Kind regards all, Tony.

Delivery took ages. Very poor customer service only by email, unproffesional replies. Items cheap from China and packaged poorly.. NOW the problem .. You are responsible to pay shipping costs back to china where it will sit at Customs indefinitely as Tom Hollinger will not pay for costs, its a trap (SCAM) Beware..

Absolute rubbish garment and shockingly slow delivery times. Why? Because it's cheap nasty poor quality tat made in china and sold as European with European prices via their misleading web site. Avoid like the plague. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY-ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Based in China, delivered from China and not worth the money to send it back to China. You have been warned.

Dreadful company. In China NOT uk as is portrayed. Will not refund what you paid. Try to offer percentage. To return to China- costs a fortune. Scam company. Quality of clothes are poor and wrongly sized. Then you’re stuck with item.

Quite frankly the shorts I ordered are of the poorest quality I have ever seen, they do not resemble the pictures or description on the website! this really is like a scam i am shocked at how bad there (laughable) i would not pay £1 for these items and feel robbed

Does not allow cancellations. I tried to cancel my order 3 or 4 minutes after making it. I emailed 3 times. 36 hours later they say the order has dispatched and that it's an automated process. They were rude in there email responses too.
