Similar to other reviews, purchased some shoes online thinking this was a slightly higher end brand then when the confirmation came through with tracking info realised there was no timeline on delivery which rang alarm bells. Checked reviews and realised I'd made a mistake. 7 days and 3 emails to their customer services later to cancel stating uk consumer rights to a full refund no response other than what was clearly a bot asking for more info and photos regarding my issue with the item, and no update as to when the order will be shipped if at all. Should have paid by credit card so I could claim the money back.

Shoes arrived about a month after order. No box in true cheap chinese fashion. Quality didn't match so decided to return (really feeling faithful!!) Anyway filled everything on evri (lower value), no mention extra customs sticker. Tracking well but held at customs. Contacted evri and told can't do anything as Store will be notified of pickup. Tried email TH for over a month or so number of times but only tedious 'wait until it arrives at warehouse'. Suffice to say, obviously won't collect. Learned lesson. STAY AWAY AND ALWAYS RESEARCH COMPANIES ONLINE.

Absolutely appalling experience – avoid. Genuinely one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. My order took around three to four weeks to arrive, and throughout that time I repeatedly tried to contact the company to find out where my parcel was. I sent numerous messages and emails using the contact details provided, and every single attempt was completely ignored. No useful update, no explanation and seemingly no interest whatsoever in helping a paying customer. When the products eventually arrived, the quality was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what I expected. I’m now trying to return the order, and unbelievably I’m facing exactly the same problem again — no one will respond to me. Taking weeks to deliver is bad enough, but completely ignoring customers when they are trying to track an order and then making it incredibly difficult to return unwanted products is unacceptable. At this point, it feels like they are perfectly capable of taking your money, but once they have it, getting any form of customer service is virtually impossible. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from Tom Hollander. Poor products, painfully slow delivery and some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. In my experience and opinion people would be well advised to stay away from this company. The name Tom Hollinger and the implied German link suggests a UK/EU company but they are in fact Chinese, a fact that became obvious only after the ordering process had been completed. I ordered a pair of cargo shorts which took 13 days to arrive. When they did they proved to be too small, a different colour and style from the image advertised and absurdly flimsy. Dreadful process, dreadful product. I have asked for my £24.95 to be returned. Not optimistic but watch this space. P.S. Further to the above…as expected Tom Hollinger do not offer a returns facility, unless I pay a great deal of money for the privilege. They did suggest I could have another of their products and knock off the cost of the shorts while keeping the item and ‘gifting’ them to someone ‘special’. Tbh I’d be embarrassed ‘gifting’ them to anyone at all and I wouldn’t ever want to purchase from this company again. Once bitten! You have been warned.

Scam site, avoid at all cost - Impossible to enact a cancellation even if you follow their policy exactly and in the correct time.

First off the ordered is being sent from china l didn't know this it took 3 weeks for top l ordered to arrive. The tops l got quality was very poor thin they didn't look like the picture they were poorly put together with threads hanging and looked like someone had them on and sent them back will stay away from this site had better out off charity shops but wouldn't put these into one

The item arrived but was not quite the same colour as advertised. I asked fo a return address, the reply came back in German: Leider bieten wir derzeit keine kostenlosen Versandetiketten oder Rücksendungen an. Daher gehen die Kosten für die Rücksendung des Produkts zu Lasten des Kunden. This apparently means: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free shipping labels or returns. Therefore, the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. I tried to return it which cost £20 in MARCH. It was to be sent to an address in Hong Kong...it has now been returned to me here in the UK 6 months later. Their returns are no use whatsoever!

Two shirts ordered. Long delivery delay. Poor packaging. Both items smaller than the requested XL. Nasty cheap fabric, no labels for brand, size or product specs. Only fit to be thrown away. Most of the positive reviews here are suspiciously vague, illiterate and repetitive. Draw your own conclusions.
