This is spam, avoid ordering anything online as returns are to China at your cost! It took 16 days to deliver my order to UK. No updates whatsoever from customer service since order was placed, so I had to chase. The response was that it was out company's control, which is ridiculous to put their costs on the customer.

Ordered a checked shirt with sherpa lining for £54, it arrived yesterday as a Christmas present for our son. Looked good on their website but now its arrived it is absolute CRAP, VERY POOR QUALITY There is no labelling on collar as shown on website, and nothing anywhere to give the brand so i suspect that this is a very bad, cheap knock off. The return instructions are that any returns are at purchasers cost TO CHINA. Also says that goods cannot be returned if the package has been opened. How the hell can you assess something if you cannot open it. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE INTENDING BUYING FROM TOM HOLLINGER , DON'T DO IT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE ME READ THE OTHER REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT.

Shirt took 3 weeks to arrive, the quality is awful and absolutely not worth the premium price paid. I have bought clothes online mamy times and never been so disappointed. My advice would be to avoid Tom Hollinger at all costs!

Tom Hollinger is a TOTAL RIP OFF. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM. My order was supposed to be 3XL it was even smaller than a small size. Will even be too small for a midget. It was also poor quality. It was advertised as cashmere. It was poor quality wool. TOTAL DISASTER. Had ordered the so called cashmere jumpers as Christmas present. Will now use the two jumpers to clean my shoes. TOTAL RUBBISH.

Ordered a jacket size 4xl. The jacket was not close to true size and no size guide available on site. Trying to get a return had been exhausting and frustrating This whole process has as been awkward and unnecessarily lengthy. At every stage they have been trying to delay and off-put and continue to do so. Multiple emails in and still not concluded. Clearly they are struggling to manage the manufacturing of goods in china to uk. Clothing purchased online must have the right to be returned- consumer rights. I recognise that the cost of return is stated in their policy, but what is not clear is that it will involve a cost to china- this is deceiving by omission. The cost of a return is outrageous, yet still more than the 30% partial refund offered. The customer is heavily disadvantaged and this is damaging to the brand. I know I will be sure to express my experiences to others

I ordered 2 mens shirts which are advertised as 100% cotton and I have received 2 shirts which are labelled as being made from 100% polyester. I can not wear polyester due to skin conditions I have contacted the seller to ask for a free returns label for the shirts but have been told that, even though they have falsely advertised the shirts as being 100% cotton, it is my responsibility to pay for the return shipping back to their returns address in China!! The shirts are dreadful quality, I have tried to explain through 6 emails to the seller now that I would not have ordered if the items had been accurately advertised, they seller insists that I have to cover the shipping costs back to China as per their T&C's which are actually in German on their GBP/EN website. I hae now had to set up a Paypal claim Avoid at all costs!
