I bought a coat in June. When it arrived, I tried it on. It was too small. I contacted them straight away and asked me to email the picture of myself wearing the coat. When I did, they emailed me letting me that they do not give the return stickers. They give me the address and the person the item was to be addressed to. I returned the item on the 27th through Royal Mail tracking services, only few days after receiving it. The item has been stuck to customs since 3rd of June. I communicated with them that the item is stuck at customs at their side. They said that there is nothing they can do.

DREADFUL! Do not buy from this company. Purchased a pair of shoes a month ago. Several emails later, TH keep saying the same thing, they're at the airport. No signs of them.... The tracking information doesn’t work. I’m now asking for my money back and they’re just sending me emails saying, my deliveries on its way and will take 5 to 7 days days to get here. If I could leave less than a one star review, I would.

I cancelled my order within minutes of making it as my daughter already had a similar item . Their cancellation policy clearly states a full refund if notified within 24 hours . I was informed that if I accepted the item I would receive a full refund and free return postage . I confirmed receipt but was then informed that this was not their policy ! - ( although I have it in writing !) . So they lied to get me to take delivery .My option was then to pay to return the cancelled item … to China at my own expense and then I would be refunded in due course - or keep the item and get a refund of 30% . The garment is very poor quality as compared to the online description and even with the 30% discount is a rip off ! I gave up arguing my case that it was not a return but a cancellation and accepted the refund which is what I guess most people do . This company purports to be a German outfitter of quality clothing . Never buy from them !!! Lesson learned - always read independent reviews

DO NOT BUY from this ‘store’. The reduced prices are tempting and I fell for them myself… Warehouse in China so you’ll be waiting weeks, and the quality is so poor and artificial. Wish I’d come here before wasting a chunk of money.

My husband and I accidentally duplicated an order for shoes. Tried to cancel within 10 mins but told already shipped! Both orders arrived. Poor quality, very narrow and definitely not for European feet but not worth returning back to china. Complete waste of money, not to mention the time trying to extract refund which is not going to happen. Do not purchase from here for the sake of your wallet, the planet and your sanity!

'Suede' Jacket. I see I'm not alone - this jacket is not suede. When I complained of mis-advertising I was told that I could keep the jacket and have a refund of 20%. I don't want a synthetic jacket, so I've paid £23.50 to return it to China. I've asked that they refund the cost of the jacket and the price of the return, and that they change the wording in the advert. I've said if they don't I will report them to Trading Standards... we will see...

Jacket advertised as suede was in fact polyester. On enquiring on how to return was informed they don't offer a return service and it would be at my expense to return the product to China! This cost £26.00 to return a £55.00 item but it is more the principle that it is made so difficult for you to return that prompted me to pay. I await my refund with baited breath as dont have faith in a company that mis-sells and you are left out of pocket to return.

I bought some shoes without knowing they would come from China. The shoes were MUCH too small (sizing was ridiculous) so I asked to send them back. Their customer service (based in Germany) said I would need to return them to their Chinese warehouse - at my own expense. The shoes were useless to me so I asked them for a Chinese phone number and valid receiver tax ID - info needed to send these shoes back. I asked this in 6 separate emails (03/06 06h35, 03/06 18h33, 04/06 07h26, 04/06 21h51, 05/06 07h29, 05/06 20h30), knowing that I could not return the shoes without this information. On 10/06 at 09h30 Nina said “Regarding the phone number and Receiver tax ID, we understand the challenges you faced. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific phone number or tax ID for customs purposes. We recommend using the address provided above for your return shipment”. I gave up waiting for the information and decided to send the shoes to China without a Chinese phone number or valid receiver tax ID for customs. But Nina knew that the shoes would not be able to be delivered and that they would not have to make a refund. And here we are 2 weeks later: the shoes are sitting in Chinese customs and they are doing nothing, saying they can’t refund me because they have not received the shoes. Essentially it’s fraudulent. But the good news is that they tell me, in all their emails, “We are here to help and to ensure that your experience with our store improves moving forward.” Judging by previous reviews on Trustpilot, this is clearly not the case. They are a US business with a sales office in Germany and a poor-quality warehouse in China. A structure clearly intended to con as many people as possible with no recourse I will continue to post poor reviews.
