I purchased what I thought was a grey roll-neck sweater for the winter. It wasn't until after I had completed the online purchase that I checked on whether Tom Hollinger was a trusted website. Too late, I found that this company had a very poor reputation. I tried to contact them through the web page but it would not even accepted their own online form. It is not possible for me to claim the payment back under a Section 75 claim because the purchase was for less than £100. Beware! This company has some very attractive items on its site but your chances of actually receiving anything you purchase is very low. Avoid like the plague.

3 Modeartikel bestellt. Lieferung dauerte mehrere Wochen, da die Ware aus China kam. Das war bei der Bestellung nicht klar. Dann von den Artikeln einen behalten. Der Rest sollte retour. Der Sendung lag kein Lieferschein bei, ebenso gab es keine Rechnung. Vom Tom Hollinger " Kundenservice" bekommt man die immer gleiche Antwort: Es läge unter meinem Namen keine Bestellung vor, obwohl ich zumindest die Bezahlung über Paypal mit Screenshots belegen konnte. Habe jetzt völlig entnervt aufgegeben, was wahrscheinlich im Sinne des Reklamationsprocederes ist.... Bei der nächsten Internetbestellung werde ich nun noch genauer vorab über das Unternehmen recherchieren !!!!

Very poor quality shoes that are not worth more than £5, certainly not £59! Poor finish will be raising a dispute with my credit card.

The shoes don't fit...so tried to return, they offered me 10% discount so I can gift them to someone else.... seriously? Oh and the shoes come from CHINA and have to go back there,and you have to pay to return...they don't mention that anywhere... they give you an address (helpful)...and you will never see that refund....absolute shambles!! Don't go near this business!!

The company is one of growing number of companies who claim to operate from the UK but in actual fact source all their items (it would seem) from China. When the shirt I ordered eventually arrived, it was way way too small, my 10 year old nephew wouldn't fir in to it. . When I queried this I was emailed to say that if I wanted a refund then I would have to return the item to China. They said that this is stated in the Terms & Conditions. The cost of returning to China would exorbatant and so I am left with the (unsatisfactory) garment. I heard on the radio that this is the latest form of scam. The way to get one's money back is to open a dispute with your bank and they will refund you.

Extremely poor quality and sizing ridiculously wrong. An XL shirt is more like a tight small!!!! AVOID at all costs. Shipped from China and return costs mean you’re stuck with item. After some complaining I managed to get a fiver back and wrote off the rest. Never again.

This is a Chinese clothes factory posing as a genuine retailer. It's not. All items are picture perfect and some are even quite good quality BUT their sizing is absolutely terrible and nothing like what their size comparison chart states. If you want to return anything their "Customer Services" make it as difficult as possible, it all needs to be shipped back to China - at your own cost! I bought 2 jackets, looked great on photos but were at least 3 sizes off from what they were labelled. I've now been left out of pocket and with 2 jackets that are totally useless to me. DO NOT USE THIS SITE, and take notice of the reviews.

The website portrays the Brand as a UK based quality offering. It isn't. It is cheap Chinese tat. Sent directly from a warehouse in Ningbo. If you want to return anything they make it as difficult as possible, and everything goes back at your own cost. I bought 2 shirts, looked great on photos, priced mid quality branding, but what I received were 2 shockingly cheap set of rags. Do not use this site, and take notice of the reviews.
