Lovely jumper but took 10 days to arrive

I actually ordeted a coat of wrong size and colour, i contacted support who quickly corrected my mistake and ensured the correct item was delivered! Very happy customer

Great product but very slow delivery as has to come from china

The quality was very good, (5 stars), but quite expensive for a beanie hat. Also, when ordering, bear in mind your order is coming from China. My order, a Christmas gift, took 18 days to arrive; missing Christmas Day by 5 days!

Good value for money

I ordered a pair of fleece lined jeansas a Christmas gift. However there was no info relating to length (ie inside leg measurement). As I wanted intime for Christmas I emailed them but got a nonsense reply. I decided to go ahead and order anyway. I then read some reviews (I know, I should have done that 1st) which said items were on the small side. I then tried to cancel the order. After a couple of days I was told it was too late to cancel. The order arrived in good time for Christmas and I needn't have worried. The sizing was actually really spot on and I'm very pleased with my purchase. The inside leg measurement was just about 30 inches.
