Order received but the wrong size. I e-mailed 2 weeks ago requesting a refund or replacement and have still yet to receive a response. Avoid this company.

Shoddy clothing, no communication, dispute opened with credit card payment. The best of China.

This company masquerades as if it is uk based but is in fact a Chinese and all items come from China. Delivery takes up to 15 days amd the clothing sold is of dubious quality. The terms and conditions are extremely unfavourable to the buyer who is also responsible for the cost of returning items to China, making it largely impractical. I made the mistake of buying a fleece jacket from them but the item which arrived was not what I thought I was buying, the photo on the Web site had been altered or was of a different quality. I would STRONGLY suggest thinking twice before buying anything from thise company.

Hi I ordered a lovely suede brown cap well that's what it looked like in the advert, and received a cotton cheap Chinese made cap I paid £20.00 for and your lucky if it was worth £3.00, this company is a rip off and they are conning people daily,they never answer you and do not send a return address, keep well back from them.

Thought I had ordered a lovely pair of shorts from a reputable company what I got was a cheap and nasty pair of cargo shorts .. meant to be 30 waist but far too small .. catch is returning the nasty item as tracked to china at your own expense … avoid this company

The item arrived with no labels attached or anything to indicate it was a Tom Hollinger product. Your returns policy requested all labels must be attached with returned items. The jacket was too small in size medium my usual size. The cost to return was prohibitive so I decided to cut my losses and certainly will not use your questionable company again

Misleading company. Ordered 2 items that arrived and were not the high quality of the item advertised online. Returns needed to go to China at my expense. Items are still being held and after 2 months have not reached them. Nightmare and wouldn’t recommend ordering from them

Utter missold junk. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS I order a "Cozy Fleece" what arrived (three weeks later) was a nylon stretchy top with literally the picture of a Cozy fleece printed over the top of it. Imagine wearing a tight long sleeved nylon T Shirt with the image of of a Tweed Jacket poorly printed on it.. No contact no complaints procedure no refund. Avoid these Idiots at all costs!
