Do not order from here. They are based in China and have no ties to Germany. I ordered 2 pairs of shorts, they emailed next day to say one were out of stock so I replied promptly asking to cancel the order. They sent the order, 2 pairs of the same shorts which are nothing like the photos displayed online, terrible quality! When I asked to return they gave me an address in China and return at my expense. I managed to get a refund thru my credit card company. As others have stated they will get into a long email communication with you and offer you discount. The shorts I wanted still show as in stock! Scammers, stay away

Terrible quality clothing that doesn't even closely resemble the images shown with thin fabric, loose threads and fraying seams even before tried on. 13 emails later they are insisting that i pay international return shipping and customs charges as well as sink the original shipping cost, at breach of the consumer rights act 2015. Scam, avoid avoid avoid

If I could leave zero stars I certainly would. I have been chasing for over one month on the whereabouts of my items. I’ve asked for a refund as my items have not arrived. There telling me it’s not there issue and to contact the Royal Mail. Royal Mail tell me it’s not there issue and to contact Tom hollinger. So seems like I have wasted £100 on a pair of shorts and a top that I have not got. It’s a scam! Avoid at all costs!

Avoid these scammers, the quality is abysmal, 1 shirt and 2 pullovers straight in the bin

Tops were of poor quality, sizing, no labelling and these tops smell awful. These were not even folded correctly in the packaging and looks like they had been remove and just thrown back in. Try to imply that UK consumer rights don't apply to them. Lets see what my card company say.

For starters, the quality of the product is very poor indeed, and I'd go as far as to suggest that the items in the photo's may not even be the items that are despatched. One of the jumpers I ordered would be an embarrassment to wear in public, and the other was even worse! Next up, they take forever to be delivered. Next, when you ask to return the item, you realise that they're based in China, not the US or Germany! And lastly, the return process is so poor, I'm going to give my items to the homeless, if they'll have them!

It never mentions the item is coming from China. If you want to return it, it costs as much as the item and would never ne received within the 14 day return policy. A total rip off, do not buy from this site.

What a bunch of scumbag crooks. STAY AWAY from this chinese wetwipe company. Britain should shut this mob down.
