I would give minus 10 stars if I could. Now they have emailed me after 30 days of no receipt of item that they haven’t got it in stock but won’t give me a refund and tell me I can have another item that looks similar! I have been asking for a refund for weeks! They said item was on its way and delivery was imminent! What a joke! I am now taking it up with the bank to pursue. We need to get this scam company shut down. Don’t buy any of one of two positive reviews!

Worst worst fake conning brand and retailer. Never buy from them. They have taken my money and not sent me my item and their customer service is beyond terrible. I am still chasing them for a refund!!!!

If you looking to be send poor quality chineese trainers and no after sales service get hold of those sxammers

Item a cheap nasty version of one pictured. Customer service did get back to me but it would cost £28 to return to China and cost £40 for the item. I should have looked up reviews before buying realised it was a foreign rip off and saved my money.

Absolutely cheap garbage. Don’t waste your money. They excel in taking amazing looking pictures…They pretend to be a german company but they drop ship from China. The reviews on their website must be fake. Absolute scam.

Very poor customer service. I have ordered and after reviews i cancelled within 1 hour after i bought. Sent messages, emails, called, and no one answer about canceling the order and refunding. This website should be banned, this company should be reported to the authorities and getting them in jail! Claim to be from USA, comes from CHINA, a lot of bad reviews, why aren't these people already banned and jailed? Looking forward to my response within 48 hours, or will definitely report to the relevant cyber crimes authorities and scam websites.

The product I received does not match the images or quality shown on the website. The elbow patches are advertised to look thick and suede/suede-like, giving the impression of a premium garment. In reality, they are thin synthetic fabric of very poor quality. The item also arrived with poor stitching, including a hole, which is completely unacceptable. When I raised this, customer service refused a full refund, repeatedly quoting their own “policies” instead of addressing the fact the product was not as advertised. I was told I could either accept a partial refund or pay significant return shipping costs to China, despite this being an online purchase marketed to UK customers. This experience shows misleading advertising, poor quality control, and unfair after-sales practices. I would not recommend purchasing unless you are prepared for a fight if something goes wrong.

I ordered a jacket from this website believing it to be a UK-based retailer, as the site is presented in English (UK) and prices are shown in GBP. At no point during checkout was I informed that the item would be shipped from China. The jacket that arrived was not the product advertised. The item received is materially different in design and fabric from the product images shown on the website, including different materials and overall construction. I attempted to cancel the order prior to delivery and this was refused. After delivery, customer support confirmed that their warehouse is located in China and instructed me to return the item to China at my own expense in order to receive a refund. Only partial refunds were offered as an alternative. I am sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision.
