I ordered a jacket It was nothing like I expected. I wrote to them on several occasions. I got no reply I told him I was contacting trading standards and they gave me a reply. They said you can keep the jacket we will give you a 10% discount but you’ll have to send it back to China and pay for the return yourself. I told him you are a complete scam. You are misleading people and sending them a pile of rubbish and then telling them to send it back to China and they will have to pay the cost. Do not trust this company. They are using a UK site to reel you in the net and then tell you they operate from China. SCAM!!!

Complete scam. Showing photos of genuine articles and then posting out complete rubbish. Returns to China are at customer’s own expense. Alternative is a 10% refund!

I ordered an XXL winter sweater. I was surprised by how tiny the package was when it arrive. It was the size you would expect of a Baby-Gro. I can’t get the item over my shoulders. The sweater - the thinkness of an item you would take to Spain in Summer in case it was cool in the evening - was 100% acrylic as I expect because there was no mention of material on the website. The company provides no return label and refuses to make a refund - which is illegal. I am contracting.

Another company Tracey of London might be same scam. You order and pay then get told to return to China at your expense and no guarantee that it will get there. The parcel says return to a north London address but if you do you will not get a refund. i have been bitten by these cheap nasty products and scam twice. please don’t buy

Rubbish Chinese company. Goods nothing like website. They tried to fool you that they are a US company. Quality is pathetic. Shipments are from China. Returns are difficult. I will definitely boycott this company.

Buyer beware. Placed order and decided to cancel within half an hour of placing my order and paying for it. Told them immediately as it was ordered by mistake. They ignored my message and later said it was already shipped out. Asked my credit card company to enter this as a dispute and still waiting for this to be resolved. The quality of clothing sent was sub-standard, and they asked me to return the goods to a site in China and to bear the cost of postage of the package. As soon as I requested a return, they said I could keep them if they provided a 10% discount. For reasons outlined, the goods were not fit for purpose. Returned the goods and had to pay the postage cost of £31.70 for the return. The vendor said they would not cover the postage cost. So now out of pocket and an expensive mistake to buy online from a non-branded supplier shipping from overseas. Best to avoid and save the time and effort involved in the hassle of getting money back.

Scam- avoid at all costs. Clothing nothing like website, quality of the clothing is pathetic- holes, loose threads, missed stitching , bits of extra fabric. Also had a rotten odour. Returns complicated and not free. Having followed the letter of the returns process, they are now at customs awaiting more info from seller… which has not come in a month.18 Generic rubbish emails for all requests that I have made for the issue to be resolved . Just give your money away and at least have something good come of it.

Would have given them a zero. Chinese company giving one the impression its a UK company. Ordered jogging pants and got a pair of cheap nylon ones that is awful. Contacted customer service who respond with the same questions each time. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! CROOKS!!
