COMPLETE SCAM NO GOODS RECEIVED. NO REFUND Bought a men’s jacket as the website looks like a UK/European company and was nestled between M&S and John Lewis on the search. Nothing received after a week so emailed and received an answer 4 days later saying it could be 15 days. Emailed a month later as it still hadn’t arrived. Was told it was out of stock. Asked for a refund and was offered vouchers instead. Based in China and they have no UK or European presence. If you do receive their goods and are unhappy, you have to pay for returns to China, even if it’s their fault. YOU ONLY NEED TO READ THE GRAMMAR IN THE 5 STAR REVIEWS BELOW TO KNOW THEY ARE NOT REAL.

I was very unhappy with the purchase. The item was too small and poorly made so I returned the item as instructed on the website. When i returned the item (as described on the website), the customer support sent me a different address to the one listed on the website so i sent the return package to the wrong address. I strongly recommend staying away from this business. I feel as if I have been scammed/strongly misled

Bought a jacket and it was not what I ordered cheap rubbish material waste of money

Scammers! Thought I was ordering from German company. They are Chinese. I take a standard large size jacket, which was the size I ordered. When it eventually arrived it would only fit a child. Colours nothing like that shown on their site. You have to send returns to China at your cost. Not heard anything from them for a month. Don’t expect I will. Thieves and robbers. AVOID!

Do not under any circumstance try to purchase anything from this awful company,they will not send your order and will not refund your money!they continually say your order was delivered but give you no proof!all they do is steal your money

Avoid ..dreadful quality Chinese rubbish nothing like ordered. I returned a jacket (£70) way over a month ago and now cannot get a refund - postage was a further £25 ! Trying to get a chargeback sorted but proving difficult. Dont order youll be very disappointed.

Avoid this company. They have gone to great lengths to design a website which looks like a 'discounted' reputable mid-range Western brand instead of the overpriced China-based company that it truly is. It is a total facade. The sweater I ordered is a 100% polyester, poorly made, thin, ill-fitting monstrosity that looks nothing like the photos. Don’t be fooled by their '14-day simple returns' claim. Once you complain, they reveal you have to ship the item back to China at your own cost with no tracking guarantee. It’s a deliberate trap designed to make returns impossible. Misleading products, fake policies, and zero quality.

Will not exchange or give a return label without me paying £35 to return a £70 jacket. When I asked about the return or refund they said that the returns policy is not what is written on the website. IT MAKES MY BLOOD BOIL. I'm totally upset of loosing money to these crooks.
