Tom HollingerReviews of tomhollinger.com

2 sweaters that dont match the photos Bought 2 sweaters from a photo that looked quality and the name and model made it look so great! 12 days to get here and the quality was cheap, no label and looked chinese quality Sent a message to Sofia (real name i doubt it) expressing my disappointment , but hey lucky enough we are now in rainy season so i have 2 rags to wipe the dog down. Live and learn and wish now i had looked at the above reviews.

Do not use this company, it is a clever scam. There sizing is so far out that anything you buy will not fit. I wear a large, bought XL to make sure it would fit. I would say it is a British small. You then have to send it back to possibly China at your expense and apparently, according to other reviews, you never get a refund. Or they will give you a 20% refund to keep something you can't wear. Either way they get to keep all your money or 80% of it if they ever process your refund, and I believe that this is their business model. Do not be caught out by this company.

Products received are poor quality and not as shown. They are also sent from China and you have to return them to China at your expense - not viable to do. This is a scam website acting as something it is not and I will never use again.

Please do not use this company. I know we should all read their website returns policy before buying , but when you think as their ads indicate they are somewhere in the Uk, you tend to think they would conform to uk standards. My story I ordered two merino jumpers at reduced price of £47 . It turned out to be a slow boat from China. Both had only one label 100% polyester !! The quality was horrendous.Returns policy has been mentioned elsewhere. They should be stopped from advertising in uk.

This company are scammers stay well clear they do not have a UK warehouse anything sent back has to be to China at the customers cost. Their sizes are not UK sizes so everything you order are 3 sizes smaller than you need. Their customer service is useless and trying to return anything is a nightmare.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I returned goods ITrainers) to them in July this year and had to pay £33 postage to the delivery address provided. When the Parcel arrived no one was there to take the parcel and this is possibly a scam address. I'm still waiting for my £93.60 refund to PayPal who have been less than helpful and no offer for the costs of posting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely awful quality I want to return but it doesn’t even show delivered for 3 days now. emailed but no response. They clearly state they have no warehouses in Europe the return will cost an arm and a leg plus confusing return process

Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered a shirt however it's just another drop ship site. Returns are to china at your own expense which is not made clear through the purchase process. If you reject delivery they'll charge you 15% of the order to cover their own delivery charges. Doesn't comply with UK consumer duty or customer regulation. Customer service is non existent and quality of the item is exactly what you'd expect. Absolutely awful and cheap
