I asked to cancel my order immediately after placing it because I was tired and forgot to check the reviews. They ignored this until they had processed it and then told me it was too late and that I should accept the package to "avoid further complications". Any reputable retailer would still make an effort to cancel an order like this. This is probably not q scam in the literal sense, but it very much kives int he spirit of a scam. Underhanded operations and swindling. I will be pursuing whatever action is available to me.

My item was not delivered. Despicable customer service. They washed their hands of the whole situation and left me to deal with the courier service. Instantly told me that there would be no refund. Do not buy from this lot, they are not trustworthy

Absolute scam, trousers I ordered were nothing like the pictures, poorly made and thin, cheap fabric. Avoid.

Very disappointed in the shirt I bought from TH . It took forever to arrive which I later realised that it was coming from China . The quality of the material , sizing and stitching was nothing like I’d expected for the £40 I paid for this shirt . The returns policy was a joke !!! No wonder it scored badly on trust pilot but scored themselves 4.9 on their own website ( an even bigger joke !)

Im sorry I have to give 1 star Ordered 2 tops in April, been chasing delivery for over 4 weeks to be told delivery is usually in 5-7 working days . Refused a refund, the tops finally arrived today and aren't even what I ordered, they have sent 2 black tops exactly the same when I ordered 1 black and 1 grey. No way of getting a refund. Customer Service is a joke. Scam, beware

Please know this company is not based in USA its a scamming company based in China. I ordered XL jogging bottoms for a man. When arrived were the size to fit a 10 year old child max. This company have robbed me of my money. The dress I ordered did not arrive they sent a totelly different one, not sized correctly. When I contacted them, they refused a return, said they would knock off 20% or keep it as a gift for someone. The dress was awful quality so small it looked like a childs. Price £35 under no circumstances buy from this company don't deserve 1 star0
