Fraud. Items terrible quality not as advertised or fit for purpose. XL clothing would fit a 6 year old

I do not think I have had such a bad experience with a company than this. It took so long for the shoes to arrive. I was constantly chasing them up. When they eventually did arrive they sent the wrong size. I have asked how I return them. I have just had an email to say I have to pay for the return as they no longer follow their returns policy ? I am Very annoyed, and frustrated. Note to self come on Trustpilot and read the reviews before buying anything . That's £40 lost. I would rather give to charity.

I have returned the item at my own cost by paying £30 and it is tracked to say it has been revived by the company but still no refund or confirmation of receipt.Un professional,scam and very misleading website,DO NOT waste your time and money to buy anything from this website.

Do not purchase from this brand. I absolutely hate writing negative reviews but it is genuinely necessary. This is a company with an amazing and clean website however the products are rubbish, undersized and made of poor quality. The return procedure is incredibly long and at your expense. It is a company that does drop shipping and none of the products are actually "Tom Hollinger". I wish

Please do not use this company, they have a web site which shows quality products, however, the truth is that it is just cheap poor quality products sent from china!!! No returns unless you pay to return it to china!! If you want this type of product just order it from a website that tells the truth and charges you a couple of pounds for it. This is nothing short of theft!!

Pair of brown leather trainers ordered size 11, arrived 3 wks later, size 7, made of cheapest quality, this is Internet thievery of the worst type not even worth engaging with customer services if other reviews are to be considered. Didnt actually want to give any stars. It is a scam company and should not be trading. I ordered a pair of linen blend trousers. When the arrived the label said 100% polyester. This is a scam. And yes. If you return the product. It is at your cost. They offered me a one off 100% voucher. Why would I ever buy anything from this company again!!! Buyer beware. Check reviews before buying.
