Quality of the products are very poor , cheap shitty fabrics , badly put together and impossible to return - bare that in mind when ordering !

What a laugh, Tom Hollinger or China has got no idea in the sizes for Britain, I waited a long time for my parcel, and it is crap, lost a lot of money as I thought it may be good, never buy any more clothes from the internet , waste of time

I bought a tracksuit for my son inlaw when it arrived it was so small wouldn't even fit a ten year old. I contacted Tom hollinger who offered me a discount told them this was no good as didnt know anyone this would fit. After many emails they eventually sent me an address in Hong Kong to return it to. I sent the item back which cost me £20.00. This was in January. We are now in July and I have just received it back as there warehouse refused to sign for it. Never buy anything from this company.

The wrong size of shoe was deliverd 3 xsizes too small and they will only refund or exchange if i post the item back to china at my own expence ,this is rediculous as it was thier mistake very poor customer service

Material was like a rag and item badly made, bearing little resemblance to the photo. Refused to honour their return policy and then offered 5% refund, then 10% etc. They are based in China and are a scam company. DO NOT USE.

You would think from the name that this a UK or American company, it is in China and returns cost £20 - £30. The quality of the garments are very poor, bad workmanship and poor materials and no care instructions which means that they are nearly all plastic and highly inflammable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Dreadful service. Do not order from this “company”! Now waiting for 6 weeks for shoes ordered. No sign of them! No tracking available! No customer service! No reply to my emails! Avoid!!

Ordered a pair of shoes. It took quite some time to arrive and when they did the quality was awful (i.e. unwearable). Tried to return them but six months later the shoes are returned to me because they were accepted at the return address.
