Poor quality, they do not respond with returns details. Clearly hoping I give up. But I will not out of principle. Wish I read the reviews before ordering.

Shoes arrived late and are way too small. They promise a full refund policy but just found out that I would need to ship them back to China to get a refund - and at my cost. So money totally wasted. I have been buying UK size 10/EU size 44 shoes for decades and they have always fitted perfectly. But size 44 clearly means something different in China. I will never, ever buy anything from these jokers again. Absolute charlatans.

Chinese scam company selling extremely low-quality goods not as described. Refuse to issue refunds. DO NOT USE.

Basically a scam. The shorts I bought took 2 weeks to arrive and were clearly dropshipped from somewhere else and were just the worst item of clothing I've ever purchased. A horrible material, horrible cut, the size was wrong (though there was no size label), there was nothing identifying who made it or where, or what it was made of. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I bought a jacket from Tom Hollinger on 26 January for £69, but when it arrived, it was far too big. I contacted customer service, and they first offered me up to a 10% discount to keep it. I explained that the jacket was unusable because of the size. I was then told to return it to China at my own expense, which cost me £26. After waiting five months for a refund, the jacket was simply returned to my home address instead of receiving my money back. In my experience, the quality and customer service were very poor. If you need to return an item, be prepared to pay the return postage yourself, with no guarantee of a refund. A waste of time and money. I would not recommend buying from this company.

This company will not except cancellations even if you cancel with in the 24hr period , it does not except returns unless you post back to China @ your cost, what your buying is cheap Chinese rubbish in my case £39 & sold on Temu for under £10 which did not fit anyway. I would never buy from this company again & would strongly advise you to research & buy from an honest company especially where returns are local to you.

Really poor quality item. Does not resemble the product displayed on the website. Shoes don’t fit as they are undersized and are of a very poor standard. Looking to return these straight away.
