Items bought for a man barely fit a child, sent the items back 1st August and still being held at customs, getting a refund is a nightmare. Will never use again complete joke of a company

I ordered the patchwork hoodie, now this was only £39.99 but even at that price I feel like I’ve been robbed, do not buy from this company, the quality is really really poor and the sizing is way off, the hoodie I bought isn’t worth £2.50, it’s that bad I won’t even wear it for work, and the delivery takes ages, 5 weeks nearly for this bag of turd to arrive.

I ordered two pairs of shorts from the company without realizing that if one wanted to return the goods one would have to ship it to China. The items arrived in 7 days , but the quality and fit of the product is terrible. Will not recommend at all.

Website looks good but is just a front to send cheap rubbish from China. Has a 24 hour cancellation policy that they won't honor and will still insist that you have to pay to return goods even though their website says any goods cancelled with 24 hours will be fully refunded. If you cancel in 24 they will reply a few days later saying the goods have already been despatched and due to thr automated nature of their system they don't receive cancellation emails until after goods have been sent. Goods received are also in Chinese sizes which isn't advertised on their site so I ordered a large but got something so small a 12 year old boy wouldn't even fit into it. Have insisted that if I was to return the goods I must return them to an address in China by tracked delivery that will cost a fair chunk of what I paid for the goods to begin with. Obviously relying on people not wanting pay to return tracked goods to keep peoples money. Dispute with the bank - their own website advertises a right to withdraw they have no intention of complying with.

I bought shorts from this website for my 2 week holiday. Ordered them a week prior. Received them after my holiday. Their returns are not free- they charge you 15% and you also have to pay for the shipping. I will never ever deal with these cow boys again. Don't get fooled by their con- they say dispatch in a day- I can go on and on but bottom line- at £25 a piece for something that is made and stored outside of EU is just looting

I would score less than one star if I could. A pair of shoes came from China and looked very cheap. They did not fit and the response from Tom Hollinger personnel was for me to send a photo or video. I don't know why. When I asked to return the shoes I was told that it's too expensive to send to China but could keep the shoes and have a nominal refund. Very poor.

Slow delivery. Appalling quality goods. Returns virtually impossible. Basically a scam.
