Amber is extremely unprofessional and rude! She hung up on me when I was inquiring about my upcoming vacation that I now cancelled due to her absolute horrible attitude. I asked to speak with Amanda and she would not put her on the phone and claimed she was a supervisor. Very poor customer service

The agency mentions everywhere a beautiful resort and everything. When my husband got there today he was checked in into the Flamingo Bay Hotel which is across the street from the Taino Resort which they are making advertisement for. The hotel itself it is not at all 3* as they're mentioning everywhere. Room was filthy, electricity always going out along with the A/C, broken furniture and everything. When contacting Tolliver travel to complain and give my frustration, I was not allowed to speak. The supervisor/manager Amanda, barely let me speak and explain why I am frustrated with the situation and always speaking over me. I asked her multiple times to allow me to speak and even asked her to let me speak and she kept talking over me. I would stay clear from them. With the money spent, and maybe just add just a bit extra you can have a beautiful vacation anywhere else without the hassle and false advertising. Please don't fall for it
