DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I inadvertently bought my tickets to Tokyo Skytree from this non-official site. I needed to cancel on the same day and reached out for a full refund per their website faqs, which state the following: “Can I get a refund if my plans change and I can no longer visit Tokyo SKYTREE? If you’re unable to visit at your reserved date and time, please contact us as soon as possible. A full refund is available if you reach out on the same day the tickets were purchased. You can contact us via the website’s contact form or by email at support@tokyoviewdeck.***.” I immediately — same day — sent the form and the email. The reply I got was that out of the goodness of their hearts they would refund 25%. Made no difference that I provided the agent (Jerry) with the written evidence of their 100% same day refund policy. He ultimately grudgingly offered to refund 50%. As I needed to get this monkey off my back I reluctantly took the 50%. I repeat, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Didn’t realise the website wasnt official before after the payment went through. Thankfully the payment «failed» but i am now afraid they have my card information and i have blocked my card. Watch out! Also the prises are way way higher than they are supposed to be

First one that comes up when you search for Tokyo Sky Tree, do NOT click it, go through Klook or anything else. $68USD (¥9,000) when you can get tickets on anything else for ¥4,000 max. Absolute fuming that I fell for this.

Scam. They pretend to be the operator, just a small note on the bottom that they are not. Charge 3-4 times the regular price. Avoid.

Fraud!!! I can't believe how real the website looks, I just made the purchase, so when I didn't received the tickets by mail I instantly knew something was odd. I will try to get back my 136 USD, I made a report to FTC. Be careful!!!

SCAM! BEWARE!!! We purchased our tickets two months ago and nothing arrived. Our trip is tomorrow, we paid over €200 and received nothing for it. They don't answer emails, phone calls, or anything. Just a complete scam.

Scam. They impersonate the real operator of the skytree and charge you 3times the proce of the entry ticket.
