Inaccurate description of product

Poor service they created a shipping label a week ago and still have not sent out my product that I ordered , save your money and buy elsewhere.

I received a different product than I paid for and was told by customer service that I would not be fully refunded because of restocking and processing fees so I have to pay them to take back this product I never even wanted in the first place. Toker Supply is a garbage site. The quality is absolutely terrible what’s supposed to be glass feels like plastic, it’s not worth it especially for the prices they charge. Don’t waste your money or time shopping here.

terrible service. my package took a total of 17 days before it even shipped from order date. after 2 days they printed the shipping label and then let it sit telling me they shipped it when they hadn’t and at that point they told me they wouldn’t refund me money till the 14th business day of no postal activity and then literally on the 14th business day they finally sent my package out.

2nd straight bad shipment. Toker even tried replacing a bong with a cheaper one without any notes or explanation. They then sent via email a return label after I reached out without offering to replace it. Only spoke of a refund. So I have to print a label with no printer and take it to the post office. That's a lot of work for the customer and my last time ordering from Toker.

If I could give less than a star I would because I attempted to buy a Lookah Glass Dab Rig from them which is what they had advertised on their website in terms of the description of the product as well as the photos of the item I thought I was buying and when I received the item it was an unbranded knockoff from China or something that they tried to send me instead of the product that was in the photo advertised on the website! First of all that’s false advertisement which is really bad business because if it’s an unbranded knockoff then just show a photo of the unbranded replica that they’re selling and not a picture of a name brand product that’s a much better quality product! Also, don’t say it’s a Lookah Glass Product in the description if it’s really not a Lookah Glass item! SMH! Regardless, What I believe actually happened was that they didn’t have the inventory of the Authentic brand named item since after my purchase they were out of that item online so I’m pretty sure that rather than informing me that they no longer had that product in stock they instead just tried to take a chance and see if I’d be able to tell the difference which wasn’t difficult! Whether they’re purposely using false advertising or simply trying to get one by me either way it’s bad business practice and if they did run out of stock I should’ve been notified about it and asked if I still wanted a similar knockoff version but at a discount because why would I pay full price for not the real thing which they didn’t do either so if they don’t offer me a full refund I’ll simply dispute the charge on my credit card! SMH!

I received the water pipe broken they refuse to send me a replacement until I return the broken one. When there website clearly states they will send a replacement same day with proof of it being broken. This is word for word on there website (Either way we will have a brand new replacement sent out that same day at NO COST to you!) Now they’re saying they’re gunna say I refused to send it back when in all actuality I will send it back I just want my replacement sent out today. Stay away from this company they’re a major rip off. If I could leave zero stars I would.
