speedy discreet delivery and I liked the product. I couldn’t find any other honeycomb pipes so I got this one and it’s perfectly fine. I just wish it would’ve been bigger in circumference.

Came in a fashionable time. Package could’ve been secured a little better. Thank god the shipping company’s treated it with care. Customer service is a “A” in my book! Respond time is great. If I would’ve got some dope stickers it would’ve been a great overall experience...

It's been all good across multiple orders, with the only issue being that for me preferable items are sometimes out of stock.

I had recently purchased two different items one glass and one silicone. I received both of them the way they were meant to be New and unused. The glass I've purchased before but the silicone I haven't purchased it before. I thought it all came apart and went back together for the most part. I stood corrected with the tip. The tip of The silicone doesn't go right back on when they glued it. I never actually used it. I originally felt like I was givin attitude when I tryed to get a replacement . which I am able to know but still.

I originally gave this company a bad review over a return I had a lot of problems with. With no communication outside of trustpilot I received A refund via a money order. They didn’t even let me know the money would be refunded. I’m still not sure why it had to go to these negative reviews after I tried emailing multiple times kindly and understanding just looking for some reply. I couldn’t get a single response over a long period of time. They finally decided to do the right thing and refund the money so I thank them for that. I can no longer in good faith leave a one star review. If the product had not had a flaw it would have been a very nice piece. I wish my best to this company and have no hard feelings.

I would have enjoyed a short user manual. But otherwise, everything was perfect.
