Hello! We absolutely do not lie to our customers. As you mentioned there is a global pandemic going on causing delays across all industries especially shipping. It can take 24-72 hours to show tracking updates once your order has been accepted by USPS. Our local USPS branch is working with limited staff due to COVID-19 and thus orders are being delayed.
