I've worked with TokenTax over 5 years now with good results. This year was particularly tricky because I moved and that change my taxes drastically. I was able to schedule multiple calls with Alex Townsend to get my taxes straightened out. Alex was absolutely incredible. He is a great communicator and he was very patient with me. This is the best crypto tax company especially for us Boomers! Lots of hand-holding, lots of superb explanations, and no talking down to us. This company makes protecting our life-styles so much easier. Love it!

Was a rough start initially, partly due to a confusing phone call with TokenTax, but also partly because of my ignorance with all things crypto tax. I was frustrated, Demi showed up and got me through all the headaches of crypto taxation. For real, I had physical headaches. I got responses even on weekends which is insane, and response times of less than 24 hours over e-mail. Just today I finished filing on the tax extension deadline, they were still able to respond quickly. Now with a clear mind and taxes filed, I can start learning more about how this taxation stuff works for crypto and hopefully next year I'll have exactly zero headaches.

Lastly, I've worked with TokenTax not only for my crypto-based income, but also for my day job working as a software engineer.
