Experience working with TokenMinds was nice in general. There were a 6 ppl team allocated for our project. They managed our community and social media really very well with good amount of engagements. Thanks to Kenneth, we kept running different community events to keep the hype on til the NFT sale. We encounter problem with the complains from community the price for NFT set too high and decided to decrease like 20% and sold around 70% finally. Not so ideal but we understand this totally since this market bearish.

Token Minds aka Purple Minds is a…
Token Minds aka Purple Minds is a complete scam. 15,000usd down the drain with no work done and blocked us from everything when we asked for a refund. The company promised some kind of refund and have given back nothing. They have no integrity, their business ethics are disgusting! The work they provide is FAKE! Run from them! PR about them is paid for, reviews are paid for and fake, everything about them is paid for.
Response to your reply: every single account was fake, we were very clear we wanted NO fake or vanity numbers. Also zero refund was given. For the work you claim you provided you brought zero value as you got robots to follow. All I'm asking is for you guys to be honest and to make this a win win outcome for both parties. Please reach out via email or phone, because you have not responded to our letter from our lawyer nor to any emails.

Dear Coast to Coast,
This review has already reached us through Clutch and other platforms.
We regret to know that you were not satisfied with the outcome of your project. It's important to note that your token project is in the early stages, and no ICO has commenced yet. We understand your concerns about the authenticity of airdrop participants. However, please understand that in any project's initial phase, it's common to see an influx of varied interest levels. We strive to create a genuine community, but filtering out every potentially disinterested participant in the early stages can be challenging.
Furthermore, concerning the 'fake' marketing claim, you opted for our airdrop marketing package. An airdrop campaign typically incentivizes people to follow your project, which is inherently a 'paid' strategy. This was communicated at the beginning of the campaign to ensure transparency.
Regarding the issue of refunds, we would like to clarify that, following our policies in our contract, we offered a refund for any work that was not performed. However, this was refused by you on the basis that you wanted a larger refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for any marketing work already executed. This is also clearly stated in our contract, signed by all parties involved.
And concerning communication issues, our records do not reveal any instances in which we blocked communication. According to our records, we did not receive a response from you. At TokenMinds, our primary goal is client satisfaction and success. We are willing to clear up any misunderstandings with you in the best possible way.
Please feel free to contact us at any time. We would be more than happy to answer any remaining questions and issues. Thank you for your feedback.
Best Regards,
TokenMinds Team

TokenMinds is a scam agency
We are very dissatisfied with the services provided by marketing agency TokenMinds in Singapore. After our first contact we went with them as the experts in the field of NFT marketing, or at least that's the feeling they gave us. We have been guided and things have been promised to us. During the journey we occasionally had ambiguities about what would and what would not be included in the agreed price of the service. We were confronted with extra costs, while an all-in price had been agreed very clearly in advance. The entire NFT sale ended in a fiasco for us. On the advice and guidance of account manager Anchor Chan, we had to adjust our planning several times. Ultimately, he indicated that at some point it was time to start selling on the Opensea platform and that he expected that at least 400 NFTs would be sold. Then it is all the more astonishing that nothing was sold at all. If it had been 100 or 50 we could still say that the campaign was disappointing, now we wonder to what extent Tokenminds can set up a professional campaign. The Dutch director Rob Eijgenraam pulls his hands off everything. We have asked him to refund the fee but he has refused. This agency is a big scam and we are continuing our complaint to the highest authority in Singapore.

Hello Jan,
We are genuinely sorry to hear that your NFT didn't sell out as expected. We understand the frustration that might come with such outcomes. At TokenMinds, our primary aim is to offer quality and effective marketing services to increase the visibility and appeal of your NFTs. It's essential to note that while we ensure to deliver the best marketing strategies tailored to your needs, the market ultimately decides the popularity and success of any NFT. The dynamics of the crypto and NFT market are sometimes unpredictable, which might have influenced the sales of your NFT.
Regarding your comments on unexpected costs and hidden fees, we want to clarify that at TokenMinds, we uphold a transparent and straightforward approach to our transactions. Our service offers and pricing structures are explicitly laid out before any agreement, leaving the decision to you. Our aim has always been to provide clients with all necessary information upfront so they can make informed decisions. We never guarantee specific NFT sales as outcomes vary based on market trends and buyer preferences, which are beyond our control.
We are grateful for our partnership, and we value your opinion. We believe that there is always space for improvement and are always willing to discuss your concerns so that we can enhance our service. Please feel free to contact our team whenever necessary.
Best Regards,
TokenMinds Team
