As with all subscription based services, our service does auto-renew unless cancelled or you have reached out to our CS team to prevent the renewal. I am sure we provided you a refund for the charge, as we also honor these requests within 7 days of the renewal, which we believe is optimal time to determine an interest of pursuing the platform further between the trial and the grace period. If you have any additional questions/concerns, I would love to take the time to understand them better, as this would be insightful information to help us create the best possible platform from a UI/UX standpoint and really encompass an investor's needs. Good afternoon and thank you for your feedback! Our platform and UI/UX had been updated about 2 weeks after your post, therefore I can confirm it would be an entirely different platform view compared to TM 1.0. The new platform does not have any cap on the coins you are able to search and view within the Ratings Page (i.e. top 500). I can also advise there are more diverse search parameters that have been included for each respective column. Our Insight articles highlight Deep Dives, Code Reviews, and Projects On Our Watchlist, which would be analysis used to determine the validity of these projects for the long term and how these projects would hold up in a bear market (projects with Technology scores of 85% or greater are the best picks). The platform takes care of the shorter time frames such as evaluation on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly time horizon, which is why you see this inconsistency. Our price prediction model is excellent at forecasting future trends, however does update based on the previous day's price close, which helps keep us flexible when fundamental or social sentiment quickly changes, such as an event like when the XRP lawsuit was first announced. This is also disclosed in our Articles and FAQ section for this particular feature. If this was in regards to the ROI of the Indices, then I would advise that we have added a Daily Return Performance, All-Time Performance, and Table of Statistics so that customers can back test the performance of each index! Good afternoon Alesha and my apologies for the inconvenience you may have faced! I was unable to locate an account under your name in our database, however I am sure this was likely done under a different name/email address! I can advise that you definitely would have been entitled to a 7 day trial, which likely was selected as the full Monthly plan, as that would be the only way the monthly charge could be processed and skipping the trial. I am sure a refund had been issued in short order unless outside of our 30 day moneyback guarantee at the time, as we would not hold onto the funds if you had already cancelled. Nonetheless, I would love to offer you the opportunity to give TM 2.0 a try and provide you a much more realistic look at the service we do offer, along with the new tools added to the platform.
