It's not them that improve the solution, it's you that pay more for some rare things working sometimes correctly. Be aware of that, i did the experience with the API, some work, meaning they display something not that ratio and everything are pure truth. Many are bugged like the IA report analysis showing always the same datas for some indicators, no improvement, no one noticed it. Same on the market movers chart, the guy who display that on api is a genius, it's basically a chart with points represanting the coins movers...but no coins names...pure genius. And i adviced them about that last year... Also support is yeah...go on discord but to access discord pay first...^^ Hopefully with advanced plan 400$ a year you can access support! So...

If you pay for membership you get almost nothing unless you pay for a hight level. If you pay for a higher level you get almost nothing unless you pay for a higher level. And so in and so on. If you try to cancel even within their published terms they ignore and keep billing you. Had to cancel my credit card. Do not give them your financial details.
