I used to be with United Health Care which I was somewhat happy but then I switched over to Anthem Blue Cross and I am so happy now with the benefits that I am receiving now. I am so glad that I switched over to Anthem. The benefits and coverage now are exactly what I have been needing. I just wanted to say thank you for all the the help I am receiving and very knowledgeable customer service support.

Very thorough Agents. Patient and able to answer all my questions clearly. Much better plan than the Humana plan I had and much better service! Worth checking out IMHO.

Tony was my guide to this experience. I found him to be delightful and very knowledgeable. He was patient and understanding He made sure that I understood everything,he had said, before going on to the next part. You could use more repetitive like him.

I have to say I have been looking for a plan & some of the other companies I spoke with were pushy & didn't explain things that I didn't understand. I could tell I was aggravating them. So I just gave up & quit looking. The first man I spoke with was in a hurry so I just hung up. Then a woman named Charlen called & left me a message saying that she would like to help me figure out a plan that would work for me. I hesitated at first, but then I decided to give her a call. Long story short, she covered everything & every question I had. We were on the phone for almost 2 hours, & she got me all set up, & I was happy I called back. It was a long process, but we'll worth it in the end. Thank you so much ❤
