Bladeless fan purchase
I love your product but was disappointed that it took much longer for me to get it than was estimated. Also, although your team member was responsive, they were not able to give me any specific information regarding g when the delivery would be made.

Great service and the fan is good too.
While there were a few bumps in the road, Shay’s was there for the assist and responded with the right action. A big thank you….the fan was installed and we enjoy it everyday.

If you have to make a return there’s…
If you have to make a return there’s absolutely no problem with returns… no attitude at all very helpful I even got upset and they were very patient and nice about the situation and they resolved the problem immediately
