Today Patches talk a good game. Their customer service is good. The example on their websites look slick. Their delivery is average. The patches I received had wobbly lines, low stitch counts and bad alignment. Overally they were unusable. Certainly not of a quality I want my brand to have. They did offer to re do them and promised to rectify these problems. Which is great but then they wanted to charge me for this? I said no. I will go to another supplier. If they did them properly to begin with and maybe had a tiered quality structure, I would have chosen to pay more for better quality. Seems like they just know that most customers want something average and are playing a numbers game on that. Make sure you get in writing the quality you are expecting and also some real photos to compare to. because the shots on their sites are not what they deliver.
