Your app needs serious updating. It never recognizes my username, i can nwver check my balance, it is so aggravating

Never received first card. Called for a second and didn't get that one either. Called for a third and they sent via FedEx. Received that one but they started charging monthly fees from date they sent first one. Then tacked ok a $30 late fee. Had a balance of $60 before I ever received a card. Was supposed to hear back from upper management but never did
