toca.socialReviews of toca.social

completely shocking, this company has ruined my moms 41st birthday. the machines kept breaking and it’s just utterly disappointing from a business this advanced. it’s honestly embarrassing. and on-top of all that, they had no churros left. it’s ridiculous or even nefarious how this company is just so selfish.

Second visit to Toca, this time at Birmingham. A great venue and really attentive, friendly and polite staff. The place was very clean and the games were a lot of fun as usual. Food and drinks were a touch pricey so a star knocked off.

It was fun when we were playing football Meher nana was a good host

The interactive monitor broke multiple times and I want a free drink and it was close to the end of the game therefore I couldn’t get the drink as he wouldn’t come on the system all In all very disappointed

After a first not so pleasant experience last time with the food at TOCA social Greenwich I am happy to say that the company reached out to us and not only did we receive a full refund for the food tab. They also gave us a complementary evening with a bar tab for eight people to attend, so I’m very happy that they were more than happy to accommodate and make amends for the bad experience previously. Once again the staff were very polite and helpful and exceeded excellent service the experience like I explained last time the kids enjoyed so thank you for reaching out to us to make up for it.

Overall it’s enjoyable but be aware if your kids take 10 mins to pick and change their customised names and keep retaking their screen photo - you are using up your playing time which is already very expensive per minute. Would be better if option to set this up online or at separate console before playing time begins. Also if they offer to let you start early because not busy also watch your time as done in slots and you may get less time than if you’d waited little for your own time slot. It’s fun but expensive to do very often with kids.

I went to the Toca Social at the 02 there was no air con felt like I couldn’t breathe.

We had such a great time at TOCA Social Birmingham. The atmosphere was brilliant, the games were so much fun, and everything was really well organised. A special shout-out to Jake who looked after us, he was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!
