Purchased Garden Lights 8 June 2026. I never received lights. Only had an email address and I contacted them. They said they could not find my order. I gave them a copy of my receipt and when my bank was charged. They are still saying they cannot find my order. I requested a full refund of $80.17 and I have not received a response. I am sure they will not respond, now that I see this store is a scam company.

I only gave 4 stars as it took a while to find their email address. Other than that, very good service and prompt reply to my cancellation email stating that the grill would be slightly too tall for my air fryer. Now I just have to wait for my refund.

Wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them, as granddad used to say. Ordered their “Rodent Repellant”, but as soon as they got my money they acted just like those rodents in their adds…scurrying away as fast as possible. Don’t fall for their scams….

I have used the hair bags multiple times in my washer and the hair that was left in the washer was at least 10 times more than was collected in the bags. I have photos that I sent to the company to request a refund. Too bad I can't include them here to reinforce the uselessness of this product. Out $36.98 on order 6/1/26. Looking for a credit.

Tried emailing tobettie.com several times, no response. Tried calling only got a bad AI answer, that could not even process my order number.. Complete scam

I have sent several messages and I haven’t received any response. Losey customer service. It has been just about a month since I placed my order, received a shipping number and it isn’t any good. So tell what’s going on or return my money. It’s up to you but your review isn’t going to be very nice. You owe me that much. Money amount is $72.09

I got the hair bags for the washer and have used them 3 times and NOTHING I have 2 Wolf dogs and I have to vacuum everyday and when I washed my sofa covers which had A LOT of hair on them it collected NOTHING so I would say this product does not work do not purchase it
