On your application, you stated you had received no prior funding for your case. However, during underwriting, we discovered a lien on your case from another funding company that provided you with a cash advance. This is about another company and has nothing to do with TriMark Legal Funding. We have no record of anyone by this name contacting us by phone, and we have never received an application, contact request, or email from anyone using this name either. And when we requested additional information, we got no response.
