When I initially Called in to inquire…
When I initially Called in to inquire about the place. They told me that it’s a month to month plan but they end up giving me a contract for a year that I never asked for it. They changed the terms.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience — that’s certainly not how we aim to operate. We do offer month-to-month plans, so it sounds like there was a misunderstanding along the way. I’d love the opportunity to look into this and help make it right. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at [email protected].

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear that this was your experience. While some time has passed, I still want to acknowledge your concern. This is not the standard we aim for, and I hope that wherever you are now, your needs are being better met. Should you ever wish to reconnect or share more, I’m always open to hearing from you at [email protected].

A former shaddow of it self.
Lost mail, unauthorised CC charges and an uncooperative office manager. Just to name a few.

I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. The issues you've described—lost mail, billing concerns, and lack of support—are not reflective of the standards we strive to uphold. While I understand this may be in the past, I’d still like to express my sincere apologies and welcome any additional feedback you’d be willing to share. If you're open to it, feel free to reach out to me directly at [email protected].
